Contrary to some readers’ thoughts, the title isn’t a nod to the Re-Animator film’s Mr. West but a reflection of Frith’s own “WEST to WEST,” a poem that urges us to “seek perfection for the helpless path.” As the collection grows, it continues to evolve through ongoing publications, each weaving the theme of enduring love and care “from all around in our world.” Frith’s daily website posts keep readers immersed, making this a living, breathing work of art.
